Hydroflux Utilities Acquires Hearfield Treatment Services (HTS Water)

Hydroflux Pty Ltd (Hydroflux Group) is pleased to announce that Hydroflux Utilities has acquired the business Hearfield Treatment Services (HTS). Based in Sydney Australia, Hearfield Treatment Services specialises in the provision of service, maintenance, operation, chemical and spares supply, supporting Industrial and Food and Beverage clients and the management of their water and wastewater treatment systems.

The strategic values of this acquisition include:

• Enhances Hydroflux Utilities current post sale support offerings to Hydroflux Group Customers, including chemical and consumable supply
• Adds HTS’s expert team and supply chain to the current operation, service and maintenance team
• Provides HTS’s current customers with access to the Hydroflux Group’s unrivaled pool of experienced water and wastewater professionals
• Consolidates certain resources including warehousing, accounts and logistics, providing additional savings to clients of both companies.
