Hydroflux Nears Completion of Wastewater Treatment Plant for Leading Beverage Company
February 15, 2024
Hydroflux are making great progress on the installation of a WWTP for a major beverage company. Site installation commenced in December 2023, and now with major equipment installed the mechanical/electrical installation is underway. We expect full install will be completed by June 2024!
The plant has built in two areas, an upper bund and a lower bund. The upper bund incudes a HyDAF HD75, the chemical systems including two HydraBLEND®s and Chemical Bunds and Tanks positioned with the chemical dosing pump and equipment pre-spooled offsite to simplify installation, the 40’ control container with pre-installed control panels, a HUBER Q-Press 440 for solids dewatering, and some large Garner Denver Blowers to aerate the Balance Tank and MBBR on the lower bund.
The lower bund includes two large panel tanks, an aerated Balance Tank designed in-house by Hydroflux Industrial and a FlooTECH® MBBR.
Support post locations have been marked out pipework spools are being fabricated offsite ready for the next stages of mechanical/electrical installation. This has been a great effort all round by the Hydroflux Industrial project and technical division who worked collaboratively in support of this key-note project. We are so close to completion and can’t wait to see it through commissioning!
